siriwimala: Hi everyone, I am Sri Lankan Buddhist Monk, currently, studying at HELP University, Kuala Lumpur. This is my final year of University, and hope to graduate 2013. The beautiful teachings of compassionate Buddha showed me, the path to work for mental peace and liberation. As a disciple of him, I am on his path since, at age of 11. Life is full of emotions; throughout this suffering journey of samsara, everyone is trying their best to fulfil their emotions. Every single action or thoughts are related to emotion. From birth to death, everyone is trying grabbing whatever they prefer, or love. Dear friends, Awake……! And see within you! Understand who you are and what you are doing? Be aware with your actions, thoughts and deed. Do not do Evil, DO GOOD and purify your mind. Then you will be happy person forever…!!
