Insert the image in to Photoshop
crop the red color area and use the re size tool to drag it until buttom
color the red area using the magic wand tool and and crop the eye from the artwork and center it.
insert the wording knowledge using the type tool
insert the full wording to the background using the type tool and suitable font.
insert the globe image using the crop tool to cut and remove area around the globe.
using a brush tool add the eye lash
