Original sketch 

Insert the image in to Photoshop 

color the objects using the magic wand tool 

Remove the background using the crop tool  

adding a new background in a new layer 

adding all the wording using the horizontal type tool  

adding the footer wording with the horizontal type tool and drawing the background with the pen tool and using gradient to color and adding a slight texture.

typing the last set of words using the type tool and drawing box using the rectangle tool, and adding a gradient and reducing the opacity and using the eraser to erase some areas.
